Machining and Fabrication Services

Turning

Our turning capabilities allow us to form precision components with exceptional accuracy. We can utilize a range of CNC machinery, including OKUMA LH50-N and LH55 lathes, to handle a maximum turning swing of 43 inches and part lengths up to 120 inches. Our expertise ensures that we can deliver parts that are machined to spec every time.

Milling

UMC offers extensive milling capabilities designed to handle both standard and complex geometries. Our impressive milling capacity includes a KAO MING double-column machine for working with extremely large workpieces (up to 49 inches wide and 79 inches long). We also have a number of CNC horizontal and vertical milling machines, providing us with the versatility to machine a wide range of parts.

Surface Grinding

We offer a full suite of grinding services to achieve the precise tolerances and finishes your parts require. This involves using a rotating abrasive wheel to achieve perfectly flat and smooth surfaces. For rounded components, our cylindrical grinder ensures that we can grind these to provide the desired finish.

Tap Burnouts

Sometimes, a project requires more than standard machining. We are equipped to handle unique challenges, including the removal of broken taps with our UNI-TEK SERIES metal disintegrator.

Saw Cutting

Our DOALL DC-460NC saw is fully automated, allowing us to spend more time with your part and less time handling materials.
